Make sense of what you eat!

The essential role that the right diet plays in our health and well-being is undisputed. But the manner in which certain foods affect the body is highly personal. The FoodSense+ test is the first important step toward tracking down a possible food sensitivity.

FoodSense+ Test evaluates the immunological sensitivity that we may have to certain foods such as chicken, eggs, milk, meats, and others.

Helps understand sensitivity to certain foods and their impact on your body

It will identify foods that trigger an immune reaction in your body

It will help you identify the nutrition that benefits your health the most

Consult with your doctor about the benefits of FoodSense+

What’s Measured in our Tests?

FoodSense+ Test evaluates the immunological sensitivity that you may have to 108 foods. A higher than normal IgG reactivity level can mean that there’s a possibility that food can be giving you symptoms—making that food an ideal candidate to include in your list to initially remove in a two-part elimination diet. This test is not a food allergy test, nor can it determine lactose intolerance or celiac disease.

How to Interpret the Results

What do the meanings of the three types of reactions mean to you?

1 green dot out of 4

Results displayed in the green circles indicate that your body does not react or only reacts mildly. You can consume these foods without limitations, as long as you do not suffer from a food allergy, food intolerance, or celiac disease

3 yellow dots

Results shown in the yellow circles signify that these foods trigger a strong immune reaction of IgG in your body. You should limit the consumption of these foods and not have them more than once or twice a week as part of a rotational diet.

4 red dots

Foods identified in red mean that they trigger a very intense IgG immune reaction in your body. You should avoid these foods entirely for at least twelve weeks. After the elimination phase, the foods can be reintegrated into the meal plan as part of a provocation diet.
