Shipping Policy

Our Store, CorePlus has a shipping policy, and for our company it is extremely important that all our customers are totally pleased and feel in total confidence with our company and all our services from beginning to end.

The shipping policy consists of all our products being sent through the USPS or Fedex platform with a next day fulfilment service that is, once you make the purchase, it will be prepared between 24 to 36 hours so that merchandise is assign directed to our warehouse and your purchase order is received and processed. The order will be verified with the inventory available at the time of shipment. USPS and Fedex shipments are distributed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

It is of the utmost importance that at the time of requesting shipment by USPS or Fedex you can provide the physical address and not postal address, in addition to the physical address, your email and your telephone number so that the cart can contact you at the time of shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you will have 14 days to return it from the date of purchase and a charge of 20% of “restocking fee” of our merchandise return policy will be applied. It will be done through the same UPS Platform, by calling (855) 711-2673 to request a package pickup with reference to your purchase order that begins _-_ _ _ _.
