Dr. Erik Alan Gustafson counts among his specialties and medical interests’ expertise in molecular diagnostics, virology, and genomics. Dr. Gustafson has over 18 years of experience building and leading development teams to success including with life science products, laboratory developed tests and in-vitro diagnostic products. He has authored several research publications, is named on several patents, and participated in numerous research studies. Dr. Gustafson graduated with honors from the PhD program in Biomedical Science from Wright State University in Dayton Ohio. He completed his BA in Chemistry from Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio. Dr. Gustafson joined CorePlus in 2019 as VP Clinical Services working to develop and implement molecular based testing to meet current and future needs for CorePlus laboratory clients.
